Why AI credits?

The more you practice, the more AI you use, and AI has a real cost. A single flat price would have to be high enough to cover someone practicing all day, every day, which would price out everyone who practices now and then. Credits let your usage set your price: a low entry point for occasional practice, with daily practice covered too. It's how applied AI products are increasingly priced, and it keeps you in control. You see what you use, you adjust anytime, and you use AI more consciously.

Do unused credits roll over?

Plan credits are your monthly allowance: they reset at each renewal and don't carry over. Top-up credits are separate. They don't reset with your plan, are only used once your plan credits are spent, and stay valid for three years from purchase.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes, at any time. For upgrades you choose in the app whether the change applies immediately (pro-rated for the rest of your period), or at your next renewal. Downgrades apply at your next renewal. If you cancel, you keep your plan and your remaining credits until the end of the period you've paid for.

What is an AI credit?

AI credits are the unit we use to meter AI on tuplita. Everything that runs on AI draws on them: simulations, analyses, summaries, the Assistant, dictation and read-aloud. A typical session uses about 5,000 credits — for example a mediation with three participants, two of them simulated, about an hour of practice including the Assistant and a final debrief. You can see your balance and usage at any time in your account.

What happens when I run out of AI credits?

Your account warns you when you're running low. If your plan credits run out before your next renewal, you have three options: top up (€1 = 1,000 credits; top-ups are only used once your plan credits are spent and don't reset with your plan), upgrade your plan (applies immediately, pro-rated), or wait for your renewal, when your plan credits reset.

What does early access mean for my plan?

Tuplita is currently in early access, so you can't subscribe directly yet. Signing up for early access is all it takes for now. It's free and doesn't commit you to anything. As soon as your access is unlocked, we'll email you; you can then create your account, set it up and choose your plan, all self-service and in your own time. We only ask for payment details when you subscribe to a plan.
